USER NAME AND PASSWORD ISSUES:

Expired License:\
Select either New License or Renewal and follow the prompts.
Licenses expired for more than 30 days cannot be renewed!


Problem entering your User Name and Password:
Forward the original License email we sent you to our support department.  We will check your User Name and Password for validity and email you further instructions.

The NOD32 Support Forum (hosted by Wilders Security) is monitored by ESET staff and highly skilled volunteers all year round.

When emailing for support, briefly describe your issue and provide the following:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • ESET User Name
